Streets in LeaBrooke

2021 Homeowners reported nails on the surface of the payment. It was reported be citizens and the HOA. This subject was revisited for a Plan of Action from the City of Rogersville in early February, 2022.

HOA Update June 2022

Needed: We have two trees down close to the walking trail near 435 Mockingbird. If you want or know of anyone that would cut up and remove. Let us know Monday June 20^th to Maples Properties. Hoping to avoid the expense for the HOA and helps someone with wood.

POOL Summer 2022

1. Please review Pool Rules! Need a copy contact Maples Properties.

2. Reminder Public Pools require that you shower before entering the pool

3. Parking at pool is during pool hours only- Police need a clear view of the pool during closed hours to protect the pool.

4. Regular diapers are not permitted. Only Swim diapers may be used.

5. No Diving

Reminders:

1. Trash around the lake- Leave it better than you found. Parent’s please follow-up after smaller kids. Leave No Trace!

2. Pet Waste- While walking your pets in the neighborhood- Pickup waste and respect other homeowners’ property. If asked to stay off the grass- please be respectful.

3. Board Minutes and Financials are available thru the HOA Portal section at www.leabrooke.com

4. Request/Concerns deliver to Maples so it can be reviewed at the next board meeting.

5. LeaBrooke HOA Rogersville Facebook Group- Official HOA posting only. Currently testing comments on post. What to Join! Answer the question before you submit to join. If you tried in the past, try again but answer the questions.

6. LeaBrooke HOA Talks is not managed by LeaBrooke HOA and an open format.

7. Board Meetings- Scheduled for June 21, July 19, August 16 and September 20. If you have a Request/Concern, contact Maples Properties and it will be presented.

8. Save the Date! Annual HOA meeting is tentatively set for September 13^th. Since the Closure of Heritage Post, locating a new location.

1. Researching a Pool Movie Night

2. End of Summer/Back to School BBQ Event- Due to City of Rogersville 4^th of July event on June 25^th and most will be traveling on July 4^th. Working to have an event later in the summer.
